Immersive Dance takes you on a musical movement journey. We dance with the elements of earth, fire, water, wind, and ether; through our bodies, we connect to our strengths and resources and bring these out through movement.

Through the teachings and tapestry of Movement Medicine®, we dance our way back into connection with our hearts, return home to our bodies a little bit more, and reintegrate the mind, body, heart and soul intelligence.

The spaces I offer are welcoming and inclusive but please note this venue is stair only access.

This is a space where we meet on the dance floor as we are. There is no requirement to be a ‘Dancer’, we are all dancers of our own lives. There is freedom within my sessions to dance and move how you want to move, whatever you’re feeling...
