How does lightness and darkness manifest in you?

Do you reject or hide a part of you because it is unpleasant / unacceptable / destructive?

Where do you put your focus, on your strengths or your weaknesses?

Are you secretly hiding your light?

What if you were to let yourself shine without limitations?

In this weekend workshop we will dance towards active acceptance of those ‘hidden’ parts of ourselves, to shine the light on our shadow, to acknowledge and embrace the gifts that are inside, and to create the steps to bring these gifts into the world.

Would you like to deepen your connection to your inner dancer, your true self?

Want to fully embody your personal space, the boundary between yourself and others?

Would you like to feel added confidence in bringing YOU into connection with others and the world?

We will play and explore the micro dance inside our bodies, how we fill our personal space, the invisible bubble around us; and the communication of who we are with those around us and our environment. From here, we will dance our awareness into how this connects with the bigger picture - a beautiful practice!
