Join us for a Winter Solsitce Immersive Dance which will take you on a musical movement journey at this time of reflection, renewal, and rebirth. Through our bodies, we connect to our inner light and bring this out through movement offering hope and potential growth for the coming year.

We will complete this immersive dance with a ceremonial circle of light to illuminate our shared path through the deepest night of the Solstice.

Through the teachings and tapestry of Movement Medicine®, we dance our way back into connection with our hearts, return home to our bodies a little bit more, and reintegrate the mind, body, heart and soul intelligence.

The spaces I offer are welcoming and inclusive but please note this venue is stair only access.

This is a space where we meet on the dance floor as we are. There is no requirement to be a ‘Dancer’, we are all dancers of our own lives. There is freedom within my sessions to dance and move how you want to move, whatever you’re feeling...
