The body remembers, and the body can heal.
Come Home to Yourself
I believe healing is not only about understanding what has happened to us. It is about gently, bravely, and sometimes fiercely, coming home to the parts of ourselves we had to leave behind.
So much of what we carry does not live only in the mind. It lives in the body, in our patterns, in our relationships, in our nervous system, in the young parts of us who learnt how to survive.
In this work, we make space for all of that, for all of what is.
My approach is integrative, embodied and psychotherapeutic in depth. I bring together advanced therapeutic counselling, trauma and attachment-trained practice, Movement Medicine®, inner child work, embodied awareness, soulful integration and steady, compassionate presence.
Together, we listen beneath the surface - to the body, the emotions, the patterns, the younger parts, and the deeper wisdom within. We may work through conversation, embodied awareness, breath, movement, imagery, archetypes and felt sense, always at a pace that supports safety, honesty and integration.
This is not about fixing you. It is about supporting you to understand yourself more deeply, meet what has been waiting for care, and reclaim more of who you truly are.
Over the past 25+ years, I have worked alongside people in some of the most painful and tender places of human experience - mental health crisis, addiction, self-harm, suicide, grief, trauma and deep disconnection. I know how much strength it can take to stay alive, to keep going, and to choose healing.
My intensive one-to-one work is for people who are ready for deep, embodied self-reclamation - a reclamation of body, heart, mind and soul.
A space to listen inward.
A space to meet what has been waiting.
A space to remember the medicine already within you.
