REPLENISH - An Embodied Day Retreat for Helping Professionals & Caregivers

  • Tir-na-nOg Balfunning House G63 0NF (map)

Is your job to support others? Are you a caregiver?

How often do you prioritise time to nurture yourself and ensure it doesn't get overridden by other ‘more important’ tasks?

This is a dedicated space that is facilitated, supported, and gently held.

To those of you who hold everyone else, and and who feel drained by the cycle of giving: REPLENISH is an invitation to YOU.

Restore your nervous system

Realign your boundaries

Return to yourself

 Our Intentions for the Day:

  • Embody Boundaries: Discover the wisdom of your ‘Yes’ and the clarity of your ‘No.’

  • Fine-Tune Your Awareness: Listen to your body’s signals to return your nervous system to calm and safety.

  • Integrate Compassion: Balance your care for others with a deep tending to your own soul.

  • Spark your joy!

An essential reset for helpers & caregivers: weaving Movement Medicine®, expressive arts, and purposeful intention-setting—to help you nurture the space between your service to others and your care for yourself. We will also spend some time outdoors, connecting with the land. My work is informed by training in physical theatre (movement & story).

"Expertly led by Carolyn. Today I felt held & guided while I learned to accept myself, just as l am."
