Would you like to explore self-expressive, intuitive movement and dance?
Want to unwind stress from your body and reconnect with your joy inside?
This is an introduction to Movement Medicine®. Through music, movement, and dance, we will actively engage with the elements: Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Ether.
We'll explore how these elements move inside: feeling the ground in your bones, accessing your inner fire, letting go into your natural flow, and letting your breath shape and guide you. We will play with this elemental synergy to unlock a deeper sense of self.
*Release stagnant movement
*Reclaim your power
*Return home in your body
*Connect to joy.
The spaces I offer are welcoming and inclusive. It is a space where we meet on the dance floor as we are. There is no requirement to be a ‘Dancer’, we are all dancers of our own lives.
‘Carolyn nurtures a safe space. I often don't feel safe in my body so feeling the safety has allowed me to give myself permission to express movement and my breath with courage. I am opening to myself to life. Thank you.’
~ Workshop Participant
‘I feel more energised, more alert, and I enjoyed the music and dancing, a way of connecting to yourself and loosening up your inhibitions.’

We believe that movement, mental health, and therapeutic support should be accessible to every body, without judgment or barriers.
